Sirha Méditerranée takes place on 14–16 February 2027 at Marseille Chanot, France. The event brings together professionals in food service, hospitality and Mediterranean lifestyle. Start with the products and conversations that matter to your visitors. A compact demonstration counter can show how equipment works, while a separate meeting table keeps commercial discussions away from queues. Furniture, tableware and food displays should be arranged so that visitors can compare details without blocking the aisle.

For live demonstrations, confirm electricity, water, ventilation and hygiene requirements with the organiser before finalising your layout. Allocate storage for samples, packaging and replenishment. Agree delivery access and installation slots using the current exhibitor instructions; visitor access does not establish freight access.
