Serbotel 2027

Serbotel 2027 takes place on 17–20 October at the Parc des Expositions in Nantes, France. Organised by Exponantes, it brings together food trades, bakery and pastry, hospitality and catering professionals.

A stand built around demonstrations

Decide which products visitors should taste, handle or see operating. Separate preparation and storage from the visitor route, and leave a clear viewing area for demonstrations. Specify equipment dimensions, electrical loads, refrigeration and water requirements before agreeing the stand layout.

Venue and opening hours

The venue is on Route de Saint-Joseph de Porterie, 44300 Nantes. Visitor hours are 09:30–19:00 on 17–19 October and 09:30–18:00 on 20 October. Delivery, build-up and dismantling arrangements must be checked separately in the exhibitor instructions.

Confirm food-handling requirements and permissions for any cooking equipment with the organiser. Plan waste collection and replenishment so staff can work without obstructing visitors.
