BBB Maastricht 2027

BBB Maastricht takes place on 4–6 October 2027 at MECC Maastricht. The trade fair brings together hospitality professionals from the Netherlands and Belgium.

Prepare your hospitality presentation

Plan space for product demonstrations, tasting samples and conversations. Keep service areas separate from the visitor route and allow room for staff to replenish stock. Discuss refrigeration, power, water and storage needs with your stand builder before finalising the layout. Check the organiser’s technical conditions for demonstrations and food preparation.

Visitor hours and practical planning

Monday 4 October: 10:00–18:00; Tuesday 5 October: 11:00–18:00; Wednesday 6 October: 11:00–17:00. These are visitor hours, not build-up or delivery times. Obtain the current exhibitor manual for access and logistics. Maastricht-Randwyck station is approximately five minutes on foot from MECC.
