SantExpo 2027
SantExpo takes place on 25–27 May 2027 in Hall 1 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The exhibition brings together healthcare, social care and health innovation professionals. GL events Exhibitions organises SantExpo in partnership with the Fédération Hospitalière de France.
Make healthcare solutions easy to understand
Give visitors a clear starting point: the problem your solution addresses, the intended user and what a demonstration will show. Separate hands-on demonstrations from quieter discussions with hospital teams and procurement contacts. Use demonstration data rather than identifiable patient information on screens.
Prepare your stand and equipment
List equipment dimensions, power and connectivity requirements before approving the layout. Keep access routes clear and plan storage for literature and demonstration materials. Confirm delivery slots, installation rules and any technical approvals with the organiser; visitor opening hours are not build-up times.
