Print4All 2027

Print4All takes place on 25–28 May 2027 at Fiera Milano Rho, Italy. The exhibition brings together printing, converting and finishing technologies. Fiera Milano is the organising secretariat, with ARGI and ACIMGA involved in the event.

Let visitors compare applications and materials

A printing technology stand benefits from a clear path between the machine, the process and the finished result. Present labelled samples so visitors can compare substrates, finishes and applications. Give demonstrations enough viewing space and keep a separate area for technical or commercial discussions.

Before fixing the layout, confirm machine dimensions, loading and unloading arrangements, power, ventilation and any required compressed air with the organiser. Plan storage for paper, sample stock and waste so the stand remains usable during demonstrations. Any operational or safety requirements must be checked for your specific equipment.

The venue is Fiera Milano Rho, Strada Statale del Sempione 28, 20017 Rho, Italy. The official travel information lists East, South and West visitor gates. Check which entrance and delivery route apply to your hall. Visitor access and exhibitor build-up schedules are separate.
