Food 4 Future – Expo FoodTech 2027
Food 4 Future – Expo FoodTech takes place on 26–27 May 2027 in Hall 2 of Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC), Barakaldo, Spain. The professional food technology event is organised by NEBEXT and AZTI.
Make food technology understandable on your stand
When presenting production equipment, automation or digital solutions, choose one clear use case for each demonstration. Give visitors space to see the process, speak with a specialist and compare the solution with their own production needs. Screens can support a demonstration when bringing a complete production line is impractical.
Before specifying the stand, confirm equipment dimensions, floor loads, electrical connections, data requirements and delivery access with the organiser. If your presentation includes food samples, ask for the applicable hygiene and sampling rules. These are preparation points, not confirmation that a particular demonstration or installation is permitted.
Dates, venue and related events
The confirmed dates are 26–27 May 2027, at BEC Hall 2. Opening hours for the 2027 edition are not yet confirmed in the sources checked. Registration, build-up schedules and technical requirements should be checked with the organiser.
Food 4 Future and Expo FoodTech are names for the same event. The co-located PICK&PACK for Food Industry focuses on packaging and logistics. Confirm which participation area suits your products rather than treating the two names of Expo FoodTech as separate fairs.
