Macfrut 2027

Macfrut takes place on 20–22 April 2027 at Rimini Expo Centre. Organised by Cesena Fiera, the exhibition covers the fruit and vegetable supply chain. Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the event organiser.

A stand for fresh produce and buyer meetings

Plan separate areas for product presentation, tasting and commercial conversations. Specify the quantity of fresh samples, replenishment schedule and chilled storage before fixing the floor plan. Keep packaging, waste and cleaning materials out of visitor circulation while giving staff convenient access.

For sorting, packing or post-harvest equipment, provide machine dimensions, weight, working clearances and utility requirements in the stand brief. Agree safe demonstration boundaries and visitor sightlines. A compact display should still make the process understandable without a full production line.

Prepare your participation

The organiser confirms 20–22 April as the exhibition dates. The separate Macfrut N.E.X.T. preview on 19 April should not be confused with the exhibition opening date. Daily visitor hours, delivery slots and build-up arrangements must be checked in the current organiser information before scheduling your team.
