Cosmofarma Exhibition 2027

Cosmofarma Exhibition takes place on 15–17 April 2027 at BolognaFiere, with published visitor hours of 09:00–18:00 each day. Organised by BOS S.r.l., the event focuses on the pharmacy sector, health care, beauty care and related services. Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organiser.

Present products in a pharmacy setting

Build the stand around the conversation you want to have with pharmacists and retail partners. Separate product discovery from detailed consultations: an open presentation counter can welcome visitors while a quieter meeting area supports appointments. Keep samples and replenishment stock within easy reach without obstructing circulation.

If your offer includes dispensing equipment, software or pharmacy fixtures, brief the stand designer on demonstration space, power, network access and the dimensions of working equipment. For beauty and care products, plan consistent lighting and surfaces that can be cleaned between demonstrations. Have your team check product wording and promotional materials before printing.

Prepare access and installation

The organiser lists BolognaFiere at Piazza Costituzione 6, 40127 Bologna. Check the assigned hall and exhibitor entrance before arranging deliveries; the entrance used for visitors need not be the one allocated to installation teams. Use the current exhibitor manual for stand height, rigging, technical orders and dismantling arrangements. Older FAQ pages still refer to 2026, so do not use those ticket prices or deadlines for your 2027 planning.

Share your floor plan, product range, demonstration requirements, meeting needs and budget with Total Concept. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction services and completed stand projects, then request a proposal for Cosmofarma.
