Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week Trade Show 2027

The Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week Trade Show takes place from 16 to 18 April 2027 at Fira Barcelona Montjuïc in Barcelona, Spain. Organised by Fira de Barcelona, this is the commercial exhibition for bridal and occasion fashion. Make the collection easy for a buyer to assess

A fashion stand needs a clear sequence for viewing a collection. Decide which garments are visible from the aisle, which pieces introduce the range and which require a closer presentation. Leave enough room to move garments without interrupting conversations or obscuring the display.

Plan garment rails, stable display fittings, appropriate lighting and discreet storage around the real size of the collection. Discuss colour presentation and materials before production, and test important display details using the garments or samples you intend to bring. Protect space for staff preparation so packaging and replacement items do not accumulate in the visitor area.

Support appointments and collection discussions

Allow buyers to sit down with the relevant collection information and agree the next step with your team. Keep a clear distinction between display stock, samples used in meetings and materials reserved for follow-up. Plan how appointments and enquiries are recorded and who handles each contact after the exhibition.
