SEDEXPO 2027

SEDEXPO takes place from 7 to 9 April 2027 at Feira Internacional de Galicia ABANCA in Silleda, Spain. The exhibition covers security, defence and emergency services and is organised by Fundación Semana Verde de Galicia. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.

Dates, location and visitor hours

• Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 April: 10:00–18:30.
• Friday 9 April: 10:00–15:00.
• Venue: Feira Internacional de Galicia ABANCA, Avda. Recinto Feiral s/n, 36540 Silleda, Pontevedra, Spain.

The organiser lists admission subject to prior registration. Confirm participation conditions, hall allocation and the current exhibitor manual directly with SEDEXPO. Loading, installation and dismantling need their own schedule; visitor hours are not a delivery window.

Make equipment and services easy to assess

Build the presentation around the visitor’s professional task and the information needed to evaluate a product or service. Group equipment by application and use clear labels. Separate a quick introduction from a longer technical conversation so that visitors can ask questions without blocking the display.

Provide the dimensions, weights and handling requirements of larger display items before the stand is designed. Check display permissions and any restrictions on demonstrations with the organiser and your responsible specialists. Use only approved materials and product statements; do not promise a working demonstration before its conditions have been agreed.

Plan a controlled, practical stand layout

Give staff a clear view of the presentation, define which items visitors may handle and provide suitable secure storage. Keep packaging, tools and replacement materials away from the public route. If a meeting involves non-public information, plan a separate conversation area and agree what documentation may be shown.
