eMobility Expo World Congress 2027

eMobility Expo World Congress takes place on 27 and 28 April 2027 at FYCMA in Málaga, Spain. Organised by Next Business Exhibitions S.L. (NEBEXT), the event brings together mobility technologies and the companies developing them. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.

Dates and venue

• Dates: 27–28 April 2027.
• Venue: FYCMA – Trade Fair and Congress Center of Málaga.
• Address: Av. de José Ortega y Gasset 201, 29006 Málaga, Spain.

Visitor and exhibitor hours for 2027 still need to be confirmed. The practical-information page contains references to the previous edition alongside the new dates, so we have not presented those older access times as a confirmed 2027 schedule. Check the current exhibitor manual for delivery, build-up, demonstrations and dismantling.

Explain the mobility solution through its use

Begin with the task your product or service performs for a visitor. A charging component, software platform or vehicle-related system needs a different presentation from a full vehicle. Agree what will be physically displayed, what can be demonstrated and what is better explained on a screen.

If your display includes large equipment, batteries or charging hardware, provide the dimensions, weight and operating requirements before designing the stand. Confirm electrical connections, handling, fire protection and any demonstration conditions with the organiser and your responsible technical specialists. Do not assume that a working demonstration is permitted simply because a product is on display.

Connect the demonstration to a useful conversation

Keep circulation around display items clear and give longer technical or commercial discussions their own place. Prepare a concise explanation of the application, supporting information and the next step after a meeting. Plan secure storage for equipment, tools and packaging so the presentation stays manageable during the event.

Share your booked floor plan, open sides, display and demonstration needs and budget with Total Concept. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your eMobility Expo stand.
