Mindtech 2027

Mindtech takes place from 27 to 29 April 2027 at IFEVI in Vigo, Spain. Organised by ASIME, the exhibition focuses on the metal industry and related technologies. Confirm your hall and stand allocation, loading arrangements and the current build-up and dismantling schedule with the organiser. Visitor opening hours are separate from installation access. Registration, participation conditions and any meeting-platform access are handled by Mindtech.

Make manufacturing capabilities tangible

For a component manufacturer or industrial supplier, a small selection of well-explained samples can be more useful than a crowded display. Group examples by process or application and show the technical information your team is authorised to share. Plan stable supports for heavy samples and a safe way to handle smaller pieces.

Use a clear visual distinction between physical products, process explanations and digital presentations. If a sample is confidential or subject to a customer restriction, agree in advance how it may be displayed or discussed. Keep supporting drawings and detailed specifications available for a focused conversation rather than placing every detail on the stand walls.

Support supplier discussions and follow-up

Allow space for a conversation about a visitor’s requirements, together with a practical place to show a drawing or sample. Agree how enquiries will be recorded: product or process, relevant quantities, technical questions and the person responsible for follow-up. Keep tools, packaging and replacement samples out of the visitor route.
