Advanced Factories 2027
Advanced Factories takes place from 31 March to 2 April 2027 at Fira Barcelona Gran Via in Barcelona, Spain. The exhibition focuses on industrial automation, robotics and digital manufacturing. It is organised by Next Business Exhibitions S.L. (NEBEXT). Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the organiser.
Dates, venue and visitor hours
- Wednesday 31 March and Thursday 1 April: 09:30–18:30.
- Friday 2 April: 09:30–17:00.
- Venue: Fira Barcelona Gran Via. The organiser identifies hall 2; confirm your booked stand allocation.
The organiser publishes separate access hours for exhibitors. Check the current exhibitor manual for deliveries, installation and dismantling instead of using visitor hours to plan your build. Registration, participation conditions and programme updates are handled by the organiser.
Demonstrate an industrial process clearly
A visitor needs to see what a system does and how it fits their production process. Choose one clear demonstration sequence, with an explanation that can be understood from outside the stand. Keep space around screens and demonstration equipment so observers do not block the aisle or a meeting area.
Send the stand team equipment dimensions, weights, service connections and handling instructions early. For moving machinery or robots, agree the operating zone, guarding, supervision and relevant venue requirements with your responsible technical specialists. Stand design must support those approved requirements.
Prepare for technical conversations
Separate short product introductions from longer engineering discussions. Provide a place for drawings, samples or a focused screen presentation, together with discreet storage for tools and materials. Decide how the team records technical questions and who follows them up after the exhibition.
Share your booked floor plan, open sides, demonstration requirements and budget with Total Concept. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your Advanced Factories stand.
