MOTORTEC 2027

April 7, 2027 @ 10:00 - April 10, 2027 @ 14:00

MOTORTEC takes place from 7 to 10 April 2027 at IFEMA MADRID in Madrid, Spain. Organised by IFEMA MADRID, the professional exhibition focuses on the automotive aftermarket. Total Concept supports exhibitors with exhibition stand design and construction; we are not the event organiser.

Dates, venue and opening hours

  • Wednesday 7 to Friday 9 April: 10:00–19:00.
  • Saturday 10 April: 10:00–14:00.
  • Venue: IFEMA MADRID – Recinto Ferial, Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid.

These are visitor hours. Confirm your allocated hall, delivery slot and separate build-up and dismantling instructions with the organiser before arranging transport. Professional registration and stand booking are handled by IFEMA MADRID.

Give workshop professionals a clear product demonstration

Build your presentation around what a visitor needs to understand: the application, the working method and the reason to speak with your team. Group parts, tools or diagnostic products by use rather than filling every available surface. Use clear product labels and leave enough viewing space around a demonstration.

For heavy equipment, powered displays or working demonstrations, provide dimensions, weight, power demand and operating requirements early. Agree the necessary floor protection, handling arrangements and safety conditions with the venue and your responsible specialists. Do not assume that visitor access hours are also suitable for unloading.

Plan demonstrations, meetings and follow-up together

Keep demonstration queues clear of the aisle and give technical discussions a suitable place away from moving equipment. Plan secure sample storage, a practical preparation area and a clear route for the stand team. Decide how enquiries will be recorded and assigned for follow-up after the exhibition.

Send Total Concept your booked floor plan, open sides, product list, demonstration needs and budget. Explore our exhibition stand design and construction or discuss your MOTORTEC stand.
