Make materials and techniques easy to discover
A creative-product stand should help visitors see the result and understand how to start. Show a finished example beside the materials needed to make it, with clear labels and a simple route to the relevant product. Give small items a readable presentation rather than crowding every shelf.
If you plan a demonstration or hands-on activity, agree the available space and safety requirements with the organiser first. Consider seated working positions, protected tools, lighting and a separate point for payment or questions. Keep the workshop area distinct from the circulation route and allow time for resetting between participants.
Plan storage and replenishment
Creative materials can involve many small product references. Organise back-up stock, packaging and waste so the team can find items without disrupting the demonstration. Decide which displays need to be accessible to visitors and which examples require protection.
