Foire de Paris 2027

Foire de Paris takes place from 30 April to 10 May 2027 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. The public fair brings together products and ideas for the home, decoration, food and everyday life. Total Concept helps exhibitors design and build a stand for their offer; we are not the fair organiser.

Dates, location and opening hours

• Friday 30 April to Monday 10 May 2027.
• Daily visitor hours: 10:00–19:00.
• Late opening on Saturday 8 May: 10:00–22:00.
• Venue: Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1 place de la Porte de Versailles, 75015 Paris, France.
• Organiser: Comexposium.

Confirm your pavilion, access point and current exhibitor instructions before planning deliveries. Visitor hours do not define the authorised build-up or dismantling window. The organiser provides the technical guide through the exhibitor account.

Keep a consumer presentation clear and practical

Make the main product easy to recognise from the aisle, with a simple route for demonstrations, questions and follow-up. Position larger display pieces so visitors can see their use without blocking the approach to the stand. Give samples and supporting information a clear place instead of spreading them across every surface.

A fair spanning several days also needs a workable storage and replenishment plan. Discuss secure storage, cleaning access, lighting and staff circulation as part of the design. For food demonstrations, working appliances or other technical presentations, check the applicable requirements with the organiser before equipment and connections are booked.

Plan the full exhibition period

Allow for the late opening on 8 May when planning staffing and presentation maintenance. Send Total Concept your floor allocation, stand dimensions, open sides, product list and budget. Include the exhibitor technical guide so the stand concept can be matched to your actual space and approved conditions.
