AERO Friedrichshafen 2027
AERO Friedrichshafen 2027 takes place from 14 to 17 April 2027 at Messe Friedrichshafen, Germany. The event covers general and business aviation, aircraft, equipment and related services.
Dates and visitor hours
- Wednesday 14 to Friday 16 April: 09:00–17:00.
- Saturday 17 April: 09:00–16:00.
- Venue: Messe Friedrichshafen.
- Organizer: fairnamic GmbH.
The fair welcomes trade visitors and consumers. Confirm ticket conditions, your hall and exhibitor access arrangements with the organizer before planning the visit or delivery.
Plan a stand around equipment and technical conversations
Define what will be displayed at full size and what can be explained with a model, component or screen. Leave enough viewing distance around larger exhibits and make the route into a meeting area easy to understand. A technical discussion should not block visitors who only want to inspect a product.
For large or valuable equipment, confirm transport, unloading, installation and security requirements early. Provide the stand builder with dimensions, weights and any fixing needs. If an aircraft or demonstration system is part of your presentation, agree its permitted use and access arrangements with the organizer and operator; do not assume a general stand booking covers operational demonstrations.
Discuss your AERO stand with Total Concept
Total Concept can help develop an exhibition stand around your exhibits, technical story and meeting needs. Send your stand brief with the plot dimensions, equipment list and logistical requirements. Total Concept is a stand builder, not the organizer of AERO. Participation and technical approvals remain with fairnamic and the venue.
