KunstRAI 2027

KunstRAI is open to the public on 29 April–2 May 2027 at RAI Amsterdam, the Netherlands. A private opening takes place on 28 April from 16:00 to 21:00. The calendar dates below cover the public days.

Public opening hours and venue

29 April: 11:00–18:00. 30 April: 11:00–21:00, including the Artist Night from 17:00. 1 and 2 May: 11:00–18:00. The 2027 practical information specifies hall 1, the Europahal, at Europaplein 24, 1078 GZ Amsterdam.

Preparing a gallery stand

Start with the works you plan to present and their viewing distance. Discuss wall finishes, lighting positions and mounting needs before finalising the layout. Leave sufficient clear space for visitors to step back and look at larger works.

A discreet meeting position can support conversations with collectors while keeping the presentation open. Plan secure storage for documentation and packing materials, and coordinate installation with those responsible for the artworks.

Participation and practical planning

The organiser assesses participation by professional galleries and art-book publishers. Confirm acceptance, stand dimensions, delivery arrangements and installation rules directly with the KunstRAI team before commissioning a stand.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and display environments and is not the fair organiser. Discuss an exhibition stand suited to your gallery presentation.
