StocExpo 2027

StocExpo 2027 takes place on 9–10 March at Rotterdam Ahoy, Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam. The exhibition serves the tank storage, bulk liquid storage and future fuels sector, connecting equipment and technology suppliers with terminal operators and technical buyers.

Opening hours and exhibitor preparation

Tuesday 9 March: 09:30–19:00. Wednesday 10 March: 09:30–16:30. The organiser’s 2027 exhibitor manual requires a Health & Safety form, risk assessment and grid plan before exhibitors occupy their stand. Check the manual and MyEasyfairs for the applicable forms, deadlines and technical orders.

A clear presentation for technical visitors

Choose one operational question as the starting point of each demonstration: inspection, measurement, maintenance or control. Display components at a useful viewing height and show where they fit in the terminal process. Short diagrams and screen sequences can explain equipment too large to bring to the venue. Keep room for a technical conversation without blocking the demonstration route, and specify power, loading and safe operating requirements before the stand design is finalised.

Total Concept can develop an exhibition stand around your equipment and presentation needs. Send us your stand plan, exhibit dimensions and demonstration brief to discuss the project.

StocExpo is organised by Easyfairs. Total Concept is an independent stand builder, not the organiser. Dates, venue and hours were checked on 28 October 2026 using the official event information; preparation requirements are in the 2027 exhibitor manual.
