Plan your exhibition stand for interpack 2029

Bring your processing and packaging technology into focus with an exhibition stand planned around the equipment, samples and conversations that matter to your buyers.

Interpack takes place at the Düsseldorf fairground from 10 to 15 June 2029. The organiser has announced a new six-day schedule for this edition. Check the official interpack information for current visitor information and exhibitor requirements.

Start with the demonstration, then design the stand

A packaging machine, a material sample and a software demonstration each need a different presentation. Tell us what visitors should see, where your team needs access and which equipment will operate during the exhibition. We can use that brief to develop display areas, meeting spaces, storage and brand graphics as one coherent stand.

• Equipment: provide dimensions, weight and handling requirements before the layout is fixed.
• Demonstrations: identify viewing areas and the working space your team needs around the equipment.
• Samples: group packaging formats or materials so buyers can compare them easily.
• Meetings: allow space for technical discussions without blocking circulation.

Coordinate the build with the exhibitor requirements

Stand construction and the installation of your machinery need a coordinated sequence. Share your hall and stand number, floor plan, equipment delivery schedule and the organiser’s technical documentation. Power, compressed air, water, lifting operations and other venue services must be checked for your particular installation; they should not be assumed to be included in the stand package.

Total Concept provides exhibition stand design and construction from Belgium. From our workshop in Ranst, we can plan production, graphics, transport, assembly and dismantling within an agreed scope. We are a standbuilding service provider, not the organiser of interpack.

Consider the exhibitions after Düsseldorf

If your calendar includes more than one show, send the other floor plans with your brief. Wood construction, modular structures and reusable presentation elements can be assessed against the dimensions, finish and storage needs of the whole programme. Reuse depends on the actual components and their condition; it is not simply a matter of repeating the same layout.

Questions for exhibitors

What should we send for a stand proposal?

Send the booked stand dimensions, open sides, equipment list, brand guidelines, meeting requirements and your intended budget. Include venue documents and delivery constraints when available.

Can our machinery be included in the design?

Yes. We can plan the stand around your equipment. Its transport, lifting, connections and operation must be coordinated with your technical team and the relevant approved service providers.
