Fi Europe brings together ingredient suppliers, buyers, research and development specialists and production professionals. Your stand needs to connect a technical ingredient story with a concrete application. A clear display might group sample products by use, while a nearby meeting space gives your specialists room to discuss formulation, specifications and supply requirements.

• Preparation: describe whether samples arrive ready to serve or require work on the stand.

• Visitor flow: keep sampling, technical discussions and circulation from obstructing one another.

Your team remains responsible for product information and food-handling procedures. Venue rules, utility connections and any catering or equipment services must be checked for the confirmed edition and agreed as part of the project scope.

From your brief to production and installation

Send the floor plan, open sides, brand guidelines, sample programme and budget. Once the venue and technical documents are confirmed, we can assess production, transport, assembly and dismantling requirements. If you exhibit at several events, include those plans too: reusable structures and display components should be evaluated against the whole programme.
