Trendz/showUP Spring 2027 takes place from 10 to 12 January 2027 at Evenementenhal Gorinchem in the Netherlands. The trade event brings home accessories, flowers, gifts and lifestyle collections together for retail buyers and related professionals.

For an exhibitor, the challenge is to show the character of a collection while keeping individual products easy to compare. Let the collection determine the layout

Start with the dimensions and quantities of the products you want to show. Small gift items may need close-up viewing and accessible shelves; larger decorative pieces need enough distance to appreciate their shape. Group products in a way that makes sense to your buyer, such as collection, application or coordinated colour range.

Lighting and background materials should support product visibility. Before deciding on shelves, platforms or wall displays, review the weight, stability and handling needs of the collection. Plan where staff can keep samples, packaging and order materials so these do not occupy the display area.

Prepare a practical retail presentation

A meeting counter or small seating area can support a buying conversation after a visitor has explored the collection. Keep the route through the stand clear and choose graphics that explain the brand without competing with the products. If you plan to reuse parts of the display, tell us which other events or showroom applications are relevant so we can discuss suitable design choices.
