Free From & Premium Food Vienna 2026: past edition

The event took place on 16–17 June 2026 at Messe Marxhalle, Karl-Farkas-Gasse 19, 1030 Vienna, Austria. Its focus covered free-from, organic, plant-based, functional and specialty food. Expo Business Communications BV is the organiser.

Prepare a future food presentation around the products

A useful stand brief identifies the products visitors should compare, the information staff need to explain and the space required for meetings. Plan sample displays and replenishment storage together so that packaging does not take over the public presentation.

If you intend to offer tastings, include the handling requirements in the brief. Cooling, water, power and any food-handling conditions must be checked with the organiser and venue and agreed within the project scope. They are not automatically included in a stand project.
