IFAT Munich 2026: edition information

This edition has ended. IFAT Munich 2026 ran from 4 to 7 May 2026 at Messe München. The organiser shortened the programme to four days. This page retains information about the 2026 edition; it is not an invitation to book that past event.

IFAT focuses on water, recycling and circularity. For companies presenting environmental technology, stand planning needs to connect the equipment on display with a clear explanation of the process and its application.

Present technical equipment clearly

When preparing a future exhibition, begin with the exhibit list. A machine, working model or process diagram creates different requirements for space, installation and visitor circulation. Total Concept can develop the stand around those requirements rather than treating the technical display as an afterthought.

• Equipment zones: establish dimensions, weight and access needs before fixing the layout.
• Process communication: combine readable graphics with samples or models to explain water treatment and recycling processes.
• Meetings: separate detailed commercial discussions from demonstrations where space permits.

Briefing and delivery

Share the floor plan, exhibit specifications and organiser’s technical rules with us. We can coordinate stand design, production and installation. Power, water, drainage, lifting and safety requirements must be agreed for the actual project with the responsible parties; their availability is not assumed.
