Inspire Health & Care brings people from the care and well-being sector together. For an exhibitor, a useful stand makes a solution easy to understand and leaves room to discuss how it could fit everyday practice. The layout should support both a first introduction and a more detailed conversation.

The 2026 edition took place on 22–23 April at Flanders Expo in Ghent and has ended. This page retains the context of that edition. Choose what visitors should experience

A hands-on product demonstration, a software walkthrough and a service discussion need different settings. Share the equipment dimensions, demonstration sequence and the number of people who should be able to participate. These details help us plan display positions, circulation and space for staff.

Keep the main message clear from the aisle. Supporting graphics and screens can explain the application without overwhelming visitors with text. The exhibitor supplies and validates technical or care-related claims; Total Concept develops the physical presentation around that information.

Design for practical conversations

Discuss step-free access, clear passageways, presentation heights and seated participation during the design stage. Where the footprint allows it, a quieter meeting area can sit alongside the demonstration zone. The final arrangement must fit the allocated stand and applicable event conditions.

Power requirements, deliveries and the installation schedule should be established before production. Technical and demonstration conditions need to be checked for the actual edition being attended, rather than copied from a previous event.
