Preparing a fresh produce presentation
Decide which products visitors need to inspect and which information is best shown on a clear display. Group samples by the way a buyer compares your range, with readable labels and space for a conversation. Plan replenishment so reserve stock does not obstruct the stand entrance.
If you bring perishable samples, agree storage, cooling, power and waste arrangements with the organizer in advance. Check the rules for tastings separately. Provide clean handling space and plan the daily arrival and removal of products around the approved delivery schedule.
