European Bridal Week 2027
European Bridal Week 2027 takes place from 3 to 5 April 2027 at Messe Essen, Germany. The bridal and formalwear trade event connects brands with retail buyers and the press.

- Monday 5 April: 09:00–17:00.
- Halls 2 and 3; access via hall 3, Entrance West, Norbertstraße, 45131 Essen.

- This is a trade event. Check registration and eligibility with the organizer before travelling.
Prepare a collection presentation for buyers
Build the stand around how a buyer reviews your collection. Group garments clearly, leave room to move between rails and allow staff to show details without blocking the entrance. Keep packaging and reserve samples out of the visible presentation.
Lighting should help visitors assess fabrics, colour and finish. Test the intended light on representative garments before approving the layout. If you plan fittings or live presentations, agree the required space and permitted use with the organizer; keep any changing area appropriately private.
