Art Paris 2027
Art Paris 2027 welcomes the public from 1 to 4 April 2027 at the Grand Palais in Paris. This modern and contemporary art fair offers galleries a setting to present artworks and meet collectors.

- Friday 2 April: 12:00–19:30.
- Saturday 3 April: 12:00–20:00.

The invitation-only opening on 31 March, 11:00–21:00, is separate from the public dates. Morning previews on 1–4 April, 10:00–12:00, require an eligible VIP, Prestige or Daily Preview badge. Check admission conditions with Art Paris.
Preparing a gallery presentation
Plan the hanging layout around the works rather than filling every wall. Record dimensions, weights and fixing requirements, then confirm permitted wall finishes and installation methods with the organizer. Allow visitors enough distance to view larger pieces and keep sightlines open at the entrance.
Discuss lighting alongside the artwork selection. Avoid glare on glazed pieces and leave space to inspect colour and material under the intended light. Schedule unpacking, condition checks, packaging storage and installation with your art handler; agree who is responsible for handling the works.
Discuss your stand with Total Concept
Total Concept can help turn a gallery layout into a practical exhibition stand. Share the stand plan, artwork dimensions and presentation requirements via our contact page to discuss the build. Total Concept is a stand builder, not the organizer of Art Paris. Participation and technical approval remain with the fair team.
