Dream’O Rizon 2027

Dream’O Rizon takes place on 24–25 April 2027 at Namur Expo in Belgium. Pixel Ardent ASBL organises this convention for pop culture, fantasy and video-game enthusiasts.

Opening hours and venue

The published hours are 10:00–18:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Namur Expo is at Avenue Sergent Vrithoff 2, 5000 Namur. Check tickets, access and exhibitor arrangements on the official event website.

Preparing an artist or merchandise stand

Make your work recognisable from the aisle and give visitors enough room to browse. Use clear product groupings and readable prices where appropriate. For small items, plan secure display positions and practical storage for replacement stock.

If you want an interactive element, define its purpose before choosing the equipment: a short game, a product demonstration or a photo setting each needs a different amount of space. Confirm power, sound levels, permitted structures and circulation requirements with the organiser.

Practical exhibitor planning

Check your allocated footprint, table or stand package, delivery route and build-up timetable before arranging transport. Allow room for staff and payment or packing activities without blocking the visitor route.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and branded displays and is not the convention organiser. Discuss a tailored stand or presentation for your products and visitor experience.
