Rotterdam Tattoo Convention 2027
Rotterdam Tattoo Convention takes place on 6–7 March 2027 at Rotterdam Ahoy, the Netherlands. Ink n Art Events organises the convention, bringing tattoo artists and visitors together.
Opening hours and venue
The tattoo convention opens on Saturday 6 March from 11:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 7 March from 10:00 to 20:00. Rotterdam Ahoy is at Ahoyweg 10, 3084 BA Rotterdam. The concurrent trading-card event has separate opening hours; check the appropriate ticket and access information with the organiser.
Planning your artist or supplier space
Make portfolios and product information easy to browse without obstructing working areas. Keep lighting, power cables and storage organised so visitors can approach the presentation safely. For retail products, use clear groupings and reserve room for packing and replenishment.
Working tattoo stations require the organiser’s specific setup and hygiene instructions. Confirm permitted surfaces, services and equipment directly before designing the space. A branded display does not replace the technical requirements for carrying out treatments.
Exhibitor preparation
Check your allocated footprint, access route, delivery slots and build-up timetable in the official standholder information. Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and displays and is not the event organiser. Discuss a tailored stand or supplier display for your presentation.
