CoffeeFest Madrid 2027

CoffeeFest Madrid takes place on 6–8 March 2027 in hall 12 at IFEMA Madrid, Spain. Organised by NeoDrinks, it brings coffee professionals and enthusiasts together around coffee culture. Opening hours for the 2027 edition have not yet been confirmed in the sources checked.

Planning a coffee demonstration stand

Start with the brewing method or product visitors should experience. Leave enough working depth for grinders, machines and preparation, with a separate serving point so queues do not block the demonstration.

Confirm power demand, water quality and supply, drainage, cleaning and waste arrangements with the organiser. A working espresso machine or brewing setup may need different services from a display-only installation; include those needs in your technical brief.

Meeting buyers and coffee enthusiasts

Make roast information, origin and product range easy to find. Keep sample stock, cups and replenishment out of the visitor route. A small meeting position away from the serving counter can support more detailed conversations.

Venue and build-up preparation

IFEMA Madrid is at Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid. Confirm your hall access, allocated footprint, delivery slots and build-up instructions in the official exhibitor documentation.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and is not the CoffeeFest organiser. Discuss a tailored exhibition stand for your coffee equipment, tasting counter and meetings.
