Preparing a gallery presentation

Start with the works you want visitors to focus on. Plan sightlines, wall finishes and lighting around their scale and viewing distance. Confirm permitted fixings, wall loads and electrical services with the organiser before the stand design is finalised.

Allow discreet storage for documentation and packing materials, and a separate place for conversations with collectors. Coordinate delivery, handling and installation with the people responsible for the artworks.

Venue and stand planning

IFEMA MADRID is at Avenida del Partenón 5, 28042 Madrid. Check hall access, delivery slots and build-up instructions in the official exhibitor documentation.

Total Concept designs and builds exhibition stands and display environments. We are not the fair organiser. Discuss a tailored exhibition stand for your gallery presentation.

Official dates, hours and access. Checked on 29 October 2026.
