METAVAK 2027

METAVAK 2027 takes place on 12–14 October at Evenementenhal Gorinchem, Franklinweg 2, 4207 HZ Gorinchem, the Netherlands. The metalworking trade fair brings suppliers and industry professionals together for product presentations, technical discussions and demonstrations.

Dates and exhibitor preparation

The published opening hours are 13:00–21:00 on each of the three days. Plan staffing for the evening sessions and allow time for discussions after a demonstration. Present machinery and expertise clearly

Start your stand brief with the equipment dimensions, weights and demonstration sequence. Discuss power requirements, safe viewing distances, transport routes and any noise or extraction needs with the organiser before finalising the layout. Keep a separate meeting point for drawings, material samples and detailed technical questions. Clear signage should explain the process or application visitors are seeing, while storage keeps tools and packaging out of the visitor route.
