SID-in West-Vlaanderen 2027

SID-in West-Vlaanderen runs from 25 to 27 February 2027 at Kortrijk Xpo in Belgium. The event introduces school-leavers to further education and career choices. The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training and the pupil guidance centres (CLBs) organize the provincial SID-in events.

Sessions at Kortrijk Xpo

School visits on Thursday and Friday take place from 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00. Individual visitors can attend on Saturday from 09:00–16:00. Consult the official registration page for available sessions and entry arrangements.

The dates and visit schedule were checked on 28 October 2026. The official exhibitor information still refers partly to the 2026 edition. Obtain the 2027 manual before confirming deliveries, build-up times or stand construction details.

Design for questions, conversations and course comparison

A useful education stand helps visitors compare options without overwhelming them. Group course information consistently and make it easy to identify advisers for different subjects. Keep a low counter or accessible conversation point available alongside any standing discussion area.

Plan a compact demonstration only when it supports the study choice being explained. Position screens so that short presentations can be followed without gathering a crowd in the aisle. Use clear captions so the message also works without sound.

Prepare refill storage for brochures and a simple way to direct visitors towards the correct open-day or admissions information. Confirm exhibitor admission and the allocated stand plan with the organizer first.

Total Concept is an exhibition stand builder, not the organizer of SID-in. Discuss an information stand adapted to your institution, visitor flow and approved participation conditions.
