BIOFACH 2027

BIOFACH takes place from 16 to 19 February 2027 at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre in Germany. Organised by NürnbergMesse GmbH, the trade fair brings together businesses from the organic food sector.

Planning an organic food presentation

Organise the stand around the products you want buyers to understand and taste. Keep ingredient, allergen and certification information close to the relevant sample. Use only claims supported by your product documentation, and confirm the fair’s admission requirements for every range you intend to exhibit.

Allow for refrigeration, hygienic sample preparation, waste separation and replenishment without crossing visitor routes. A separate meeting area helps buyers discuss packaging, distribution and order requirements after a tasting. Confirm water, drainage and electrical services before finalising the layout.
