Horeca Vakbeurs Hardenberg 2027

Horeca Vakbeurs takes place from 1 to 3 February 2027 at Evenementenhal Hardenberg in the Netherlands. The Easyfairs event is aimed at hospitality businesses in the north and east of the country, including owners, chefs, buyers and managers.

A stand designed for hospitality products

If you plan tastings or live preparation, allocate separate areas for serving visitors, storing supplies and handling waste. Agree refrigeration, water, drainage and electrical needs with the organiser before finalising your layout. Keep allergen information available and ensure demonstrations do not obstruct circulation.

For software and service suppliers, a short demonstration station can work alongside a quieter discussion area. Position screens to make the demonstration visible to a small group while leaving room for other visitors to approach.
