PTE Promotion Trade Exhibition 2027

PTE – Promotion Trade Exhibition takes place from 20 to 22 January 2027 at Fiera Milano in Rho. The professional exhibition brings together promotional merchandise, corporate gifts, textiles and personalisation technologies.

Preparing your exhibition stand

Help buyers compare materials, printing results and product ranges with accessible sample displays. If you demonstrate personalisation equipment, plan power connections, ventilation requirements and a safe demonstration area with the organiser before ordering your stand.

Keep a separate meeting space for discussions about minimum quantities, branding options and delivery schedules. Use clear product labels and organise samples so visitors can handle them without interrupting demonstrations.

Practical information

The event is organised by Fiera Milano at the Rho exhibition centre. Check the official PTE website for registration, opening hours and exhibitor regulations. Event details checked on 28 October 2026.
