Creativeworld takes place from 29 January to 1 February 2027 at Messe Frankfurt, Germany. Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH organises this B2B trade fair for hobby, craft and artists’ supplies.

Let buyers see how products work

Combine a clear product range with a compact demonstration area. Retail buyers need to compare colours, materials, packaging and applications, so group samples consistently and keep order information easy to find. Leave enough room for a short demonstration without blocking browsing visitors.

Plan cleaning, consumable storage and replenishment if products are used at the stand. Check any requirements for liquids, tools or powered equipment with the organiser. Separate appointment seating from hands-on activity so purchasing conversations remain comfortable.

Opening hours and preparation

From Friday 29 to Sunday 31 January the fair opens 09:00–18:00. On Monday 1 February it opens 09:00–17:00. The last day is therefore in February, not January. Consult the official planning information for visitor and exhibitor arrangements.
