Caravana 2027
Caravana takes place from 27 to 31 January 2027 at WTC Expo in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. The camping fair presents caravans, motorhomes, tents, camping accessories and destinations.
Opening hours and location
The fair is open daily from 10:00 to 17:00. The visitor address is Fryslânplein/Stadionplein, 8914 BX Leeuwarden. Consult the official website for tickets and travel information; exhibitors should confirm delivery access separately.
Planning a camping exhibition display
Measure vehicles with doors, awnings and other display elements open. Allow enough circulation space for visitors to enter and inspect products safely. Confirm access dimensions, floor loads and vehicle safety requirements with the organiser before transport.
For accessory brands and campsites, use clear product groupings or destination imagery and provide a counter for questions. Plan power connections, tidy cable routes and secure storage. Keep the display manageable for your team during the five-day fair.
Stand design and construction
Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand builder, not the organiser of Caravana. Share your stand dimensions and display requirements to discuss the presentation.
