De Groene Sector Vakbeurs 2027

De Groene Sector Vakbeurs takes place on 19–21 January 2027 at Evenementenhal Hardenberg in the Netherlands. The trade fair serves landscaping, grounds maintenance and the wider green sector.

Dates and opening hours

The fair is open from 13:00 to 21:00 on all three days. Visit the official website for registration, the exhibitor list and practical travel information. The organiser is Easyfairs.

Preparing machinery and material displays

Start with a list of equipment dimensions and weights. Reserve enough space for visitors to inspect products safely without blocking the aisle. Confirm floor-load limits, delivery access and any restrictions on working demonstrations with the organiser.

For planting, paving and outdoor-material samples, allow for clean presentation, handling and maintenance throughout the event. Position technical specifications next to the relevant product and provide a separate space for detailed professional discussions. Arrange electricity and storage before finalising the stand plan.

Exhibition stand support

Total Concept is an independent exhibition stand builder, not the organiser. Send your stand plan and equipment list to discuss layout, presentation and construction.
