Exhibition stands and brand experiences for Heroes World 2026

Heroes World takes place at Brussels Expo on 17 and 18 October 2026. The autumn event brings together the former Heroes Comic Con, Made in Asia and GameForce formats under one name, with areas for gaming, Asian pop culture, films, series, creators and merchandise.

Planning a space for demonstrations, retail or fan interaction?

For exhibitors and brands, the brief should start with what visitors will do: try a product, browse a collection, join an activity or take a photograph. Total Concept can translate that programme into a custom stand, display or themed environment, with production and installation agreed to suit the project.

Interactive features can include RFID-triggered product information, screens, moving signage or motion sensors where appropriate. Their integration depends on the design, power requirements and the organiser’s technical rules. A demonstration area also needs space for people waiting and a practical route through the stand.

Send us your allocated floor plan, dimensions, desired activities, installation schedule and budget range. Identify what needs to be stored, displayed or operated by your team. From our workshop in Ranst, we can scope design, fabrication, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling with you.

Dates, organiser and visitor information

Public opening hours are Saturday 17 October, 10:00–19:00, and Sunday 18 October, 10:00–17:00. These are visitor hours, not exhibitor access or installation times. The event is organised by Easyfairs. Total Concept is an independent stand-building service provider; no official event partnership is implied.
