DESCRIPTION:Exhibition stand planning for IAA TRANSPORTATION 2026\nIAA TRANSPORTATION 2026 runs from 15 to 20 September on the Deutsche Messe exhibition grounds in Hannover. The organiser is the German Association of the Automotive Industry\, Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. (VDA). The separate press day is 14 September; it is not the first general visitor day. \nIAA TRANSPORTATION is the current name of the former IAA Nutzfahrzeuge. The event adopted its new name and broader transport and logistics concept in 2022. \nThe event covers commercial vehicles\, transport and logistics. A stand for this audience may combine a vehicle or component display with screens\, technical information and meetings. The space required for an exhibit and its delivery should be established before the layout is fixed. \nPlan the display and the conversations together\nConsider the sightlines around the exhibit\, the position from which a presenter will explain it and the route visitors will use. Technical information should be readable near the relevant product. If customers need a longer discussion\, provide a meeting area that does not compete with the main presentation. \nFor vehicles and heavy components\, check the exact dimensions\, delivery method and relevant venue conditions. Power\, demonstrations and any additional services require a project-specific assessment.
