Your stand should help buyers understand your product range\, compare applications and discuss a potential private-label partnership. \nThe organiser confirms 25–26 May 2027 at RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre. Consult the official PLMA event information for the current edition. This is a private-label trade show covering food and non-food products\, rather than a general hospitality exhibition. \nMake the range easy to assess\nStart with the categories and samples your buyers need to see. A stand for packaged products may need shelving and sample storage\, while another range may call for demonstration counters. We can organise the display\, graphics and meeting areas around the products you actually bring. \nThink about how your team will replenish samples\, retrieve product information and move between appointments. Keep the visual presentation clear while leaving room for detailed conversations about the range. Claims about products\, certifications and supply capabilities must come from your own approved information. \nWhat belongs in your stand brief?\n\nYour confirmed floor plan and open sides.\nProduct categories\, sample dimensions and storage requirements.\nExpected meeting format and number of staff.\nDisplay equipment\, power requirements and any sampling arrangements.\n\nTotal Concept works from Ranst in Belgium.
