SUMMARY:MATEXPO 2027
DESCRIPTION:Stand Builder for MATEXPO 2027 in Kortrijk\nMATEXPO 2027 takes place at Kortrijk Xpo in Belgium from 8 to 12 September 2027. The professional exhibition focuses on construction equipment\, machinery and vehicles. \nTotal Concept designs and builds exhibition stands for exhibitors who need to connect product presentation with clear branding and useful meeting space. We can combine custom carpentry\, modular construction\, graphics and practical displays around your brief. \nDiscuss your MATEXPO stand \n\nWho exhibits and visits MATEXPO?\nThe fair addresses professionals in construction\, road works\, civil engineering\, recycling\, goods handling and industry. Its focus includes equipment manufacturers\, distributors and suppliers. The venue is Kortrijk Xpo\, Doorniksesteenweg 216\, 8500 Kortrijk. \nPlan your stand around equipment and visitor flow\nStart with the machines\, components or products you want to present and how visitors should engage with them. A large product needs sufficient viewing distance\, while smaller components may benefit from a focused counter or display. Keep the route between the product presentation\, reception and meeting area clear. \n\nDimensions and loads: provide product sizes and weights early. Floor capacity\, unloading access and any lifting arrangements need confirmation for your allocated space.\nDemonstrations: explain whether a product will operate or remain static. Technical connections\, separation from visitors and organiser approval should be agreed before production.\nBranding and information: make the product range easy to understand through signage\, graphics and concise technical presentation.\nMeetings and storage: allow room for commercial discussions\, brochures\, samples and personal belongings.\n\nFrom your stand brief to installation\nSend us your allocated stand plan\, open sides\, hall or outdoor location\, equipment list\, brand guidelines and budget. Share the exhibitor manual and logistics deadlines when available. An indoor stand and an outdoor presentation require different planning; the design must reflect the location and its technical requirements. \nOur exhibition stand design and construction service can include production\, graphics\, transport\, installation and dismantling. We agree the scope with you and identify which venue services or specialist arrangements need separate coordination. \n\nPreparing your MATEXPO 2027 participation?\nTell us which equipment you will present and what you want visitors to do at your stand. \n➜ Contact Total Concept\n\nDates\, venue and sector checked against the official MATEXPO visitor information. Total Concept is an exhibition stand contractor\, not the event organiser.
