The GetAway by Vakantiebeurs 2027

A travel presentation for The GetAway by Vakantiebeurs

The 2027 edition is presented by the organiser as The GetAway by Vakantiebeurs. It takes place from 7 to 10 January 2027 at Jaarbeurs in Utrecht. This is a travel and holiday event: stand planning should focus on destinations, accommodation and travel experiences.

Turn a destination into a clear visitor experience

A tourism stand needs to work for both quick inspiration and detailed questions. Give visitors a recognisable destination image, an accessible place to talk and clear information about the experience you offer. Consider where brochures, screens and demonstration materials belong before deciding the final layout.

Total Concept can develop the agreed stand design, production and installation for your travel brand. Share your booked floor plan, campaign visuals, presentation equipment and expected staffing. A practical brief helps determine reception space, storage and the balance between open circulation and conversation areas.

Prepare the technical details before production

The organiser provides exhibitor preparation information through My Jaarbeurs. Check the current deadlines, access arrangements and technical orders there. Visitor opening hours should not be used as delivery or build-up windows. Any demonstration, tasting or special installation needs to be checked against the organiser’s requirements.

Explore our exhibition stand services or send Total Concept your stand brief. Dates, event name and venue checked on 16 September 2026 against the official exhibitor information. Total Concept is a stand service provider, not the event organiser.
