CastForge 2028

Exhibition stands for CastForge 2028 in Stuttgart

CastForge takes place at Messe Stuttgart from 20 to 22 June 2028. The trade fair focuses on castings, forgings and subsequent machining, connecting component suppliers with industrial buyers and technical teams.

Present components clearly

A stand for cast and forged parts needs to explain both the product and the production capability behind it. Total Concept can help you organise sample displays, process graphics and meeting areas around the conversations you want to have with purchasing and engineering teams.

When preparing your brief, include the dimensions and weights of display components. Heavy samples require suitable supports and an agreed handling plan. Identify which surfaces may be touched, which items need protection and whether equipment requires electricity. Final loading and installation requirements must be checked with the venue and organiser.

Build a useful stand brief

• List the component families, materials and manufacturing processes you want to show.
• Supply drawings or photographs, sample weights and delivery requirements.
• Define the number of meeting seats and the storage space needed for packaging and literature.
• Confirm your booked stand dimensions, open sides and technical order deadlines.

Design, production and practical preparation

From Ranst in Belgium, Total Concept supports exhibition stand design and construction using timber or modular systems. Depending on the agreed scope, we coordinate graphics, production, transport, installation and dismantling. We can also assist with stand-related applications and required plans, working from the organiser’s current instructions and your approval.

Discuss practical supplies and on-site requirements at the briefing stage so responsibilities and costs are clear before production starts.
